Kenneth Barrows, 90, of Cumberland, passed away on March 23. He is survived by his wife, Gloria; children, Deb Mahowald, Kevin Barrows and Todd Barrows; sister, Shirley Toft; and brothers, Valmer Barrows and Richard Barrows. A private celebration of life for Kenneth Barrows will be held at a later date.

William “Jack” Burrows, 95, of Birchwood and Jacksonville, Florida, passed away on March 24. He is survived by his wife, Margery “Mari” Burrows; children, Kathy Griffin, Karen Kingry and Karla Brock; and sister, Ann Edwards. The celebration of life for William Burrows will be held at a later date.
