MADISON, Wis. (WRN/WJMC) — As Wisconsin voters head to the polls for the partisan primary on Tuesday, here’s something to keep in mind, from state Elections Administrator Meagan Wolfe.
“You can only vote for candidates of one party in this election. If you choose a party preference at the top of the ballot and you accidentally vote in more than one party’s primary, the votes within the party that you chose at the top of the ballot will count towards your choice,” Wolfe explained.
Polls are open from 7 a.m. until 8 p.m. To see what is on your ballot, where you polling place is and what you need to vote, visit myvote.wi.gov.
