Dianne Mielke-Fortney, 70, of Rice Lake, passed away on July 5.
She is survived by her children, Stacey Teschendorf, Chad Fortney and Evelyn Kahl.
A private celebration of life will be held for Dianne Mielke-Fortney, in Rice Lake and Loveland, Colorado.
