MADISON, Wis. (WRN) — A Democrat will keep the chair at the Wisconsin Elections Commission.
Ann Jacobs was voted in unanimously on Monday. She previously served as the chair during the 2020 presidential election.
The six member panel is made up of three Republicans and three Democrats, and handles oversight of the elections process in Wisconsin. They do not run the elections, however. That task is left up to local clerks in towns, cities and counties.
