Trace Thome, 17, of Exeland, passed away on May 12.
He is survived by his parents, Ryan and Melissa Thome; and brother, Jake Thome.
The funeral service for Trace Thome will be held at Exeland Rod and Gun Club Pavilion on Sunday at 4 p.m.
Visitation is 1 until 4 p.m. on Sunday at the funeral home.
