Kenneth Barrows, 90, of Cumberland, passed away on March 23.
He is survived by his wife, Gloria; children, Deb Mahowald, Kevin Barrows and Todd Barrows; sister, Shirley Toft; and brothers, Valmer Barrows and Richard Barrows.
A private celebration of life for Kenneth Barrows will be held at a later date.
