Thomas “Tom” Cusick, 75, of Shell Lake, passed away on March 16.
He is survived by his wife, Audrey; children, Tammy Holman, Christine Basius and Mark Cusick; and siblings, George Cusick, Alan Cusick, Alyce Smith and Tim Cusick.
A private service for Thomas Cusick will be held at his home, followed by a public celebration of life from 2 until 4 p.m. on Friday.
